This is a one day workshop which provides a safe and trusting environment to help you to explore what you want most from your life, what really matters to you, what qualities and strengths you bring and the practical steps you need to take to make your vision a reality.
The workshop includes pre work which will support you to reflect and focus on what you want more of in your life. There is an online questionnaire which assesses your core character strengths.
