Implementation workshops: Implementation support: 121 coaching, engagement planning workshops, people engagement programmes, line manager performance management workshops
Review: Review and course correct.
Process will be tailored to suit the needs of the organisation. Experienced facilitation throughout with option to lead or coach project teams at the delivery/engagement stage if required.
