Hamelin Trust

The Hamelin Trust is an Essex based Charity, founded 40 years ago by parents raising children with learning disabilities who wanted to provide life enriching support that was not readily available, affordable or easy to access, for families just like them.

Today the services provided by the Trust have expanded to encompass adults of all ages, residential care, short breaks, life skills, experiences and outreach services supporting beneficiaries from their homes, connecting them to their local communities.

The brief:

Work alongside Chair/Board/CEO to reset strategic direction, transform culture, income generation and comms/story telling over 4 month period.

My role:

Drive clarity and alignment of the leadership team in the long term vision and strategy

Set expectations for the senior team and Board to drive strategy into execution through people, engaging the organisation in what it means for them

Recruit new senior leadership roles to support income generation and culture/people development

Bring to life positioning and storytelling via new website, photography/video imagery and social media comms
