Commercial practioner: My training ground in Sales and Customer Marketing was at Walkers Snack Foods. I went on to forge a career in Marketing at drinks giant Bass PLC, which later became part of Molson Coors where I held roles at VP level in Marketing, Sales and Innovation. I have worked on some of the UK’s biggest brands and managed the distribution contracts of other leading Global drinks brands. In each role I have successfully driven change and created a turnaround in engagement and results. I have a proven flair for driving simplicity, open communication and new ideas – creating momentum, addressing ways of working and managing resistance along the way.

People developer: My passion as a leader has always been in attracting, inspiring, connecting and developing great people. I have led capability development programmes to support current and future business needs in Consultative Selling, Brands Marketing, Commercial Acumen, Creativity and many workshops to support line managers to address performance issues and hold difficult conversations.

Organisational change agent: I have led a number of organisational change programs, creating people structures that both support strategic direction and meet demands for cost reduction and efficiency. I have partnered HR and supported many teams through consultation, holding focus for the organisation whilst helping individuals to move through the change curve and manage their own attitude so that the organisation and its people can bounce back into delivering with pace.

Creative facilitator: I have had extensive training over 10 years from a leading innovation specialist in creative thinking and creative facilitation techniques with proven effectiveness in driving innovation in consumer brands communication and NPD, new approaches in customer service and driving simplicity and effectiveness in organisational processes and structures.

Diversity leader: I led the Molson Coors Diversity initiative to support the development of women in the organisation. This included running a diagnostic, researching best practice with leading UK and Global organisations, strategy development, coaching and mentoring many women at all levels of the organisation and running development workshops on career confidence.

Coach: As part of my own personal development outside of corporate L+D programs, I have undertaken extensive training in a methodology which teaches attitudinal intelligence.  My development has continued working alongside other consultants with Roy Whitten and Scott Roy, which provided a rich source of fresh insight, new methodologies and feedback.
