Nic Crisp Consultant, Facilitator, Teacher, Exec Coach
My background is in FMCG and I have held Senior Exec/VP roles in Sales, Marketing and Innovation. Over the past 25 years I have developed into an experienced leader, coach and facilitator of change. My passion is people and delivering results fast by creating passionate teams, working in a culture of high accountability, purpose and belief.
Consultant: Getting to the heart of where your business and team is at via observation and 121 interviews. Uncovering what is being said and not said. I will get to the truth and provide you with insights, feedback, support and challenge
Facilitator: Providing external stimulus and creative facilitation for teams to develop and sharpen your Inner Compass + external expertise in how to deepen levels of connection, openness and trust between team members
Teacher: Sharing the mindsets, skills and practices which support emotional and relational intelligence. I use a facilitated dialogue, group coaching approach vs. power point tell to leverage the collective expertise in the room and to encourage reflection, open honest dialogue and support between leaders as a group – which is THE best way to make learning and changes to behaviour stick.
Executive Coach: Developing your ability to lead with head and heart, powerfully leading from your strengths. I provide supportive challenge to help you take action and create the results you want. At team and individual level.
Key qualities: Insightfulness, energy, creativity, compassion, courage

What people say:
“Nic Crisp is a gifted mentor and leader. In addition to managing the team dynamic a talent which sets her apart from other leaders is her one-on-one coaching. Her open style and use of searching questions really helps others to gain clarity on what they want and from this she is able to help them see how this relates back to their career choices and personal development. I personally have benefitted from this and would recommend coaching from Nic.”
Nic Young, Marketing Director – NEC
What people say:
“Working for and with Nic Crisp was the most progressive, enjoyable and pivotal career experience for me. She taught me so many valuable insights and gave me the courage and determination to succeed. At a time when my self confidence crashed she coached me back to where I needed to be. She is truly inspirational and never fails to amaze me with her energy, passion and zest for life.”
Georgina Thomas, Sales manager turned Teacher
What people say:
“Nic provided creative, direct, honest feedback to both me and to the site management team. It was her support that enabled some open, and honest dialogue, and was the push to address some structural issues that needed correcting. Nic has an open, encouraging style, but will “call a spade a spade” when needed (And sometimes we need that !) Her reflective style has enabled the site team to address openness and trust issues, setting us on a path to great things as a team.”
Jonathan Norris, Site Director Solvay
